A. Return and Refund Policy

We have a no change of mind return policy for our customisation products; all personalised orders are final at time of purchase.  

For all other purchases, they are final and non-refundable/non-returnable after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all original accessories to be accepted. Roundtrip shipping costs are nonrefundable and if you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping the items to you will be deducted from your refund. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

• If a product is faulty or defective, the customer will need to contact us at admin@thekidsdom.com.au with their name, order number, photo and description of the defect. We will review and work towards a satisfactory solution in a timely matter. If item is damaged, faulty, or defective please email within 7 days of receiving the product.  
• Upon approval of a request for return or refund for any reason, the customer will need to mail back the faulty/defective product to our address which will be advised to the customer via e-mail.
• In case of return or refund, the customer will need to cover the shipping costs themselves. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if you ship items over $100AUD. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
• In case of refund, the payment will be refunded directly to the Debit/Credit card which customer used to purchase the product from us.

Warranty
The Kidsdom Mini Label Printer are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. We only exchange items if they stop working, we do not exchange product damaged caused by clumsy handling or unconventional use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to ask for additional evidence before processing to an exchange. Mini Label Printer purchased elsewhere other than this website are not covered by Warranty. If you discover a problem when you receive your package, please CONTACT US within 7 days of the date of delivery and include a video of the packaging of your order with the faulty item & your order confirmation number so we can process to an exchange. 

B. Shipping 

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
3. If we receive a package back from the shipping company/courier due to incorrect address provided, customer will be responsible for non-delivery of the product.
